Adapter TONAR ASh.2023D universal for screwdriver with disk, output shaft diameter 20/23 mm

Universal adapter AH.2023D for a screwdriver with a limiting disk is suitable for TORNADO-M2, BURAN, ICEBERG ice auger screws, as well as MOTOSHTORM and ELECTROSHTORM screws. When using the UA-400.20 extension (*option), the adapter can be attached to TONAR, Helios, Helios Long ice auger screws. With this adapter, screwdriver, and screw, you can easily drill holes, requiring minimal effort and time.

The limiting disk is designed to prevent the screw from falling into the hole in case it falls out when the chuck is loosened.

The improved two-stage design of the adapter’s output shaft has diameters of 20 and 22.8 mm (modified sizes minimized the gaps in the shaft/sleeve connection in the screw, adapter, and extensions).

The adapter’s shank has a reinforced three-sided working surface (shank diameter 12 mm) and a limiting rim to protect against falling out when the chuck is loosened. The adapter’s shank is secured in the screwdriver chuck. The chuck mounting diameter is 1/2 inch (13 mm). The adapter can be used with a screwdriver with 18V voltage and a maximum torque of no more than 120 Nm.

– for TORNADO-M2, BURAN ice augers with extension UA-800.20 / UH-500.20 (or directly to the screw);

– for MOTOSHTORM screws with extension UH-250.20 / UH-400.20 / UHM-400.20 telescopic (or directly to the screw);

– for ICEBERG ice augers with extension UH-250.23 / UH-400.23 / UHA-400.23 telescopic (or directly to the screw).

To fix the adapter, use:

1. Wing screw with M6 thread (special) (8.5 mm hole (upper)) for connecting to ICEBERG ice auger screws and ELECTROSHTORM screws;

2. Wing screw with M6 thread (6.5 mm hole) for connecting to TORNADO-M2, BURAN ice augers and UA-400.20 extension for TONAR and Helios ice augers;

3. Wing screw with M8 thread (8.5 mm hole (lower)) for connecting to MOTOSHTORM 130-180R motor auger screws and 8.5 mm hole (upper) for Motosthorm 200R.

4. Wing screw with M6 thread (special) (8.5 mm lower hole) for connecting to Electroshtorm 110-180R screws.
