Lyagan — Uzbek decorative dish, 28 cm, blue mehrob

Lyagan is a shallow dish with rounded walls, traditionally used for serving pilaf. You can also place fruits on a lyagan, and it will become an indispensable interior decoration.

Uzbek handmade tableware is known worldwide. Rishtan ceramics are famous far beyond Uzbekistan. Dishes served on such a lyagan keep warm for a very long time, and also:

all dishes are handmade by experienced Eastern masters;
